Eagle Manufacturing utilizes close tolerance die standards of + or - .0005, required for the high quality trims on all extrusions. Every machined component is 100% CAD designed and detailed. With our system of internal dimensional checks, throughout processing, we can insure component accuracy, compatability to mating details, and detail interchangeability in order to adapt tooling to future engineering changes.
Quality and Environmental Management System Certifications
EMC is registered as a ISO 9001:2000 company and is also 14001 Compliant. We have two environmental awards from the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality. We have the "Clean Corporate Citizen" and the "Michigan Business Pollution Prevention Partnership" environmental awards. The first Small Business Manufacturer in SE Michigan to win both awards. Through our continuous pursuit of perfection, we are moving towards implementation of additional quality assurance and environmental compliance, processes, and procedures.
