Extruded components are often used as wire harness protectors,
inner & outer belt line components, exterior trim components,
and under hood deflectors to name a few.

Siding and associated trim components are a large part of
the business that Eagle Manufacturing serves. Our Eaglematic
Siding Notch and Cut-off tooling operates in a manufacturing
environment where material must run in excess of 200FPM. We
also offer tooling, like nail slotters and weep hole punching,
to finish trim pieces such as inside and outside corners,
and “J” Channels. Each tool is custom designed
to match the particular profile of the respective manufacturer.

| Many of
our fabricated plastic extruded components are utilized inside
of electrical control cabinets, to contain and organize the
thousands of feet of electrical wire contained therein. Our
customers utilize our unique “split tooling” to
fabricate numerous widths of these components with a single
die. Some of our extrusion fabrication capabilities are utilized
to fabricate aluminum extrusions utilized by the industry
as customized “Buss Ducts” contained within proprietary
componentry. |
