Medical Industry
Several medical component manufacturers and supply companies utilize Eaglematics to fabricate components such as intubation tubes, catheters and nasal cannulas. Eaglematic tooling components are manufactured entirely of stainless steel while the punch & die cutting surfaces are coated tool steel.
Home Building Industry
Vinyl Siding and associated trim components are a large part of the business that Eagle Manufacturing serves. Our Eaglematic Siding Notch and Cut-off tooling operates in a manufacturing environment where material must run in excess of 200FPM. We also offer tooling, like nail slotters and weep hole punching, to finish trim pieces such as inside and outside corners, and “J” Channels. Each tool is custom designed to match the particular profile of the respective manufacturer. Eagle has been designing & building Notch & Cut-off tooling for Vinyl siding for over 30 years.
Electrical Industry
Many of our fabricated plastic extruded components are utilized inside of electrical control cabinets, to contain and organize the thousands of feet of electrical wire contained therein. Our customers utilize our unique “split tooling” to fabricate numerous widths of these components with a single die. Some of our extrusion fabrication capabilities are utilized to fabricate aluminum extrusions utilized by the industry as customized “Buss Ducts” contained within proprietary componentry.
